This website is operated by ILS Ventures LT, UAB, registered in Lithuania, located at M. Daukšos g. 3-8, LT-02101 Vilnius, Lithuania.

2. Data We Collect

When you complete our quiz, we collect:

• Your first name and email address (only if you choose to submit them)
• Your quiz responses — which scenario you selected and your multiple choice recognition responses to pre-written descriptions. No open-text personal disclosures are collected
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited

3. How We Use Your Data

• To send you the first chapter of the book via email, if requested
• To send follow-up emails about the book, if you explicitly opted in to receive them
• To improve our service
• For advertising analytics via Meta Pixel and Conversions API

4. Quiz Response Data

This quiz collects only multiple choice responses to pre-written scenario descriptions. No open-text personal information, health data, or sensitive personal data is collected through the quiz. Your scenario selection and recognition responses are used solely to route you to the appropriate experience and, where you have opted in, to personalise your email sequence. Responses are not sold or shared with third parties beyond the service providers listed below. Quiz responses stored in Tally are deleted on a rolling 30-day basis.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following services to operate this website:

• Tally (tally.so) — form and quiz processing. A Data Processing Agreement is in place
• Kit (kit.com) — email delivery. A Data Processing Agreement is in place
• Meta Platforms — advertising analytics (Meta Pixel, Conversions API)
• Netlify — website hosting
• Google Tag Manager — tag management
• Anthropic (claude.ai) — no personal data from quiz respondents is processed through Anthropic's services

6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

• Consent — for marketing emails: you must actively opt in via an unticked checkbox. You may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing
• Consent — for advertising tracking via Meta Pixel: managed via cookie consent banner which must be accepted before tracking begins
• Legitimate interest — for delivering the first chapter you requested and for basic service analytics

7. Cookies

We use cookies for website functionality and advertising analytics. The cookie consent banner appears on your first visit and no tracking cookies are set before you consent. For details, see our Cookie Policy managed by CookieScript.

8. Data Retention

• First name and email: retained while you are subscribed. Deleted within 30 days of unsubscribe request
• Quiz responses in Tally: deleted on a rolling 30-day basis regardless of subscription status
• Consent records: retained for 3 years as required to demonstrate lawful basis
• Analytics data: retained per Meta and Google's standard retention policies

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian Data Protection Authority (Ada.lt)

All requests are responded to within 30 days.

10. Data Transfers

Some service providers (Meta, Google, Kit) are based outside the EU. Transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses as required by GDPR. Tally is a Belgian company and data remains within the EU by default.

11. Age

This quiz and associated content is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. The current version reflects updates made following a redesign of the quiz, which changed the nature of data collected.
